The CE module about GMOs that I was working on for three years was just published in the Today's Dietitian Learning Library!
The title is: Genetically Modified Foods-Benefits and Concerns.
This is quite an important topic. I am happy to be able to share information about both sides of the GMO issue with other dietitians and others who are interested in learning more about the issues involved. So much of the available information is just one-sided.
